Return request is available within 1 working day after delivery for any reason. All returns must be in good condition with the original quality, feature, and its tags, labels, and packing. Items must be packed with original seal, and does not affect the secondary sales or return will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue. Gifts must be returned within same parcel. Goods support free return and exchange, delivery fees are payable by customers.

After your item will be assessed by our experienced technicians. For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-10 business days to process the application. Please contact us as quickly as possible, failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
How does faulty Products exchange?
The following circumstances are not allowed within the scope of replacement
1.Item expired the warranty time
- No purchase record, invoice or order number is inconsistent with invoice information
